AZ Cabinet Refinishing LLC offers a variety of services that are completely personalized based on your needs. Our goal is to provide you with beautiful refinished cabinets at an affordable price. We use lacquer paint or an oil-based stain with a custom color of your choosing to refinish your cabinets. We also install any hardware like handles that you choose at no additional cost for you. Our Services
Cabinet Painting - We work with all cabinets. Whether they're kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets, we'll make sure they look brand new. We will help you through the whole project.
Varied Color Selection - We do not limit your options when it comes to color selection. You can pick any color of your choosing and we will make sure your cabinets look the way you want them to look like.
Stairs, doors - We also paint or stain doors and stairs if that is something you also want.
Installation - We install crown molding, handles, and soft closed hinges. We also install the cabinets back in their proper place once they are finished.
Quick and clean - When we are working on the frames at your home, we make sure to mask and cover all areas surrounding the frames in order to provide you a clean process. We make sure to minimize the mess that usually comes when using paint or stain.
Repairs - When we are working on your cabinets, we make sure to repair any holes or damage that they previously had.
Interior, Exterior Painting - We provide interior and exterior painting.
Our Process
Consultation
On the first day, we consult with you. We show you a variety of colors or you can show us a color you know you already want, samples of our work, and give you a free estimate. Once a color is chosen we show you a sample that has the color you chose.
Contract
Once the sample and price estimate are accepted, a contract is signed together. We do not require a down payment except for large projects. You only pay when the project is finished and you're satisfied.
Main Work
This is a two step process. First, we take the doors from your home and work on them at our workshop. We sand them to bare wood and apply two coats of primer on both sides. We repair any holes and damage on the doors. We sand the doors until they are smooth and then apply lacquer paint. We use lacquer paint because it provides a strong and durable coat that won't age quickly. We apply multiple coats of lacquer paint. Depending on the size of the kitchen or size of the project, we take up to 3 days in this part of the process.
Second part of the process is at your home. We put tape, paper, and plastic on the area surrounding the cabinets. We apply the same amount of coats and go through the same process that we did on the doors for the frames. Once everything has dried, we install the doors back in their proper place and install handles that you choose. This usually takes 1-2 days depending on the size of the project.
Walkthrough
We walk you through your refinished cabinets and address any concerns you have.
Our Guarantee
We provide a 3 year guarantee for our work. If the cabinets are damaged or are in need of a touch-up, we will promptly come and fix it at no additional cost. We want to ensure that all of our work is satisfactory.
